What happens after the free trial?
You're billed monthly at your plan rate. There's no lock-in — cancel any time and your data stays exportable to PDF or CSV.
Does it work without signal on site?
Reporting a hazard does — it saves on your device and sends automatically once you’re back in range, even with zero signal. Filling in a full multi-field template offline is on our roadmap but not live yet.
Can I change seats later?
Any time. Add or remove staff from Team Settings and your plan adjusts at the next billing cycle.
