The service
The SolumWHS Field App lets your organisation record, manage, and act on workplace health and safety information — hazard reports, incident reports, and safety templates. It's provided by Solum Safety Consulting on a subscription basis.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account.
- Enter accurate information — particularly in incident and injury reports.
- Use the app for legitimate workplace safety purposes, consistent with your organisation's WHS obligations.
- If you're an organisation admin, you're responsible for who you grant access to and what role they're given.
This app supports your WHS obligations — it doesn't replace them
The app is a tool to help your organisation manage workplace safety more effectively. It does not constitute legal or professional WHS advice, and using it doesn't itself satisfy your organisation's statutory WHS duties. AI-generated photo descriptions (from Solly) are provided as a drafting aid and should be reviewed for accuracy, not relied on as a definitive record without review.
Subscription and billing
Access is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Data ownership
Your organisation owns the data it enters into the app. If your subscription ends, contact us within a reasonable period to request an export before records are eventually removed in line with our data retention practices.
Availability
We aim for the service to be reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. For genuinely urgent, life-threatening incidents, always follow your organisation's emergency procedures and contact emergency services directly — don't rely on this app as your primary emergency response channel.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll ask you to review and accept the updated version.
